When do these rules start?+
Registration and invitations are open. This page describes the new program; it does not activate rewards in your current dashboard. Reward and ETH commission activation dates will be announced separately, with your eligibility shown in the app. Paid trading alone does not activate commissions.
How are commissions calculated?+
Commission is paid from what HOODIE actually receives. HOODIE receives 15% of the trading fees on tokens launched through its launchpad (the base fee and the creator tax) and charges a 1% app trading fee. At Legend, 1 ETH in trading fees gives HOODIE 0.15 ETH and your share is 0.0375 ETH. App rates cap at 40% and launchpad rates at 25%. 75% of what is left after commissions goes to buyback and burn.
Do I need to buy HOODIE?+
Not to register, do free tasks or invite people. ETH commission needs HOODIE worth $50 held for 7 days. Your invitees don’t need to hold.
How do I earn HP?+
One-time tasks: profile 200 HP, wallet signature 200 HP, product demo 300 HP. Free daily tasks on X and Telegram give up to 300 HP a day, the weekly task 1,000 HP. Buy quests through Fomo give 250 to 550 HP a day and 1,000 to 3,500 HP a week, with Silver, Gold and Diamond keys for weekly buys and streaks. Holding gives HP every day. Free tasks give HP only.
Do my invitees earn me HP too?+
Yes. 100 HP once when an invitee has paid at least $10 in fees within 30 days, plus 5% of the HP they earn from missions and quests. Their holding and key HP don’t count.
How is my holding measured?+
The amount held is the lowest of the last 4 weekly snapshots in USD. Only wallet balances count, not LP or exchanges. Each purchase has its own clock, and selling removes the newest tokens first.
What does holding unlock?+
Holding HP every day (0.2 × USD held × size factor, up to 3,000 HP). After holding $50 for 24 hours: one holder wheel spin per day, raffle tickets and token prizes from keys. Holding $50 or more also earns a share of the monthly holder pool. A loyalty bonus grows from 7 days up to 365 days.
How do wheels, keys and the daily raffle work?+
Rank keys open the classic wheel of their rank: HP, and from Runner up a chance of a Silver, Gold or Diamond key. Premium keys open for HP or HOODIE. The daily raffle runs at 23:00 CET: hold $50 for 24 hours to enter, 1 ticket per $50 held, max 200 tickets. Raffle and leaderboard prizes are keys. Every HOODIE prize unlocks 25% right away and 75% linearly over 90 days.
How are founding seats assigned?+
Seats are limited to 500 and can’t be bought or transferred. They go to founder competition winners or to wallets that meet a holding requirement. The rules will be announced before selection opens. A seat adds 5 points to your app rate, permanently.
Can I reach 40% without a founding seat?+
Yes. Generate $100 in app fees with 3 paying invitees within 28 days. This adds 5 points to your app rate, up to 40% at Legend. It does not stack with a founding seat.
When can I withdraw ETH?+
7 days after it is earned. The minimum is 0.001 ETH. Earned ETH can always be withdrawn.
What happens to my seat, Day One and existing progress?+
A founding seat is permanent. Day One is a permanent early badge, not extra commission. Existing First 100 and OG statuses stay. Earned HP, keys, ranks, ETH and referral relationships are preserved.
Does a new season reset my progress?+
No. Season 0 ends at app launch on 30 Oct 2026 and nothing is reset. Later seasons last 8 weeks. The season score comes from your own missions and quests. Rewards are a badge, a top 100 role and a top 3 winner.
Is income guaranteed?+
No. Commission needs real fees from your direct invitees. Without them there is no ETH. Token prizes come from monthly pools and shrink when a pool is short. HP itself is not redeemable for money.
